Session Length and Rates
- Individual Counseling sessions are 55-minutes for $175
- Couples Counseling sessions are 55-minutes for $195
- I offer a few sliding scale discounts for people experiencing significant financial hardship.
- I accept cash, checks, credit cards (including FSA, HSA)
- If an appointment is missed without 24 hours of notice, the full price of the session will be expected (unless there is a sickness or emergency).
Appointment Hours
- Sessions are available by appointment on Tuesday – Friday.
Insurance
I can accept OHP for Health Share of Oregon and can do a prior authorization for other OHP members. I currently do not accept private insurance directly. However, I offer superbills that contain the information that most insurance companies require to reimburse you for part or all fees you pay for sessions. If you want to explore this option, call your insurance company and ask them these questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
- Do my benefits cover services provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC?
- How many sessions are covered and what is the coverage amount?
